Reading notes
What did not change?
- Scores, weights and ranks in our one scored ranking. BookBuddy, Magic Bookmark and Bookly remain first, second and third for getting back into a book without spoilers. See How we rank.
- Tracker facts and prices, last checked on 27 September 2026 (Bookly on 19 October 2026). The next quarterly re-check is due in December 2026.
- Our method: listings, help centres and pricing pages, with sources on every page.
How do we date pages?
Every page shows either the date its facts were checked or the date it was written. The "Data refreshed" line in the header is the date of the most recent site-wide refresh, like this one; individual pages keep their own checked dates, so a price table checked in September still says September. Our lesson on how to read an editorial score explains how scores and dates relate.
